This helmet is made with an advanced polycarbonate composite shell with an adjustable polycarbonate chinbar with a standard D ring.
It’s lightweight and its design using CAD technology ensures a superior fit and comfort. There’s less noise with this helmet – you can ditch the ear plugs. If you’ve been avoiding going to a full face helmet, this could be the one to get you across the line. It doesn’t feel confining and your field of vision is great. I think it’s a comfortable fit and the noise level at highway speeds is tolerable – better than other hats I’ve ridden with.
The IS-MAX II helmet has room for ear buds or speaker systems.
I love the closeable vents – they’ll help keep you comfortable and not too hot while out on the road.
It has a single-button one-handed chin bar/face shield release that’s really easy to take off – not while you’re riding, of course, but if you want to stop and chat with a ride buddy, it’s easy to get this hat on and off quickly.
The optically pinlock faceshield (HJ-17) provides 95 per cent UV protection and it’s crystal clear. The faceshield lifts up easily and it’s nice to ride at lower speeds with the faceshield up, making you a little cooler.Click to check today’s price for the IS MAX II helmet

More about HJC
Since 1971, HJC has specialized exclusively in the design and manufacture of motorcycle helmets. The combination of this extensive specialized manufacturing service, experience, innovative and reasonable pricing resulted in HJC’s success in worldwide markets. One of HJC’s top priorities is to provide high quality, comfortable, and reasonably-priced helmets to car racers and motorcyclists throughout the world
HJC has succeeded in maintaining the status as the #1 helmet brand in all over Asia and North America. More importantly, motorcyclists worldwide make HJC their brand of choice. And with a wide selection of helmets in the mid to high price range, HJC has expanded consumers’ choice in helmets. HJC is proud to say that their helmets are constantly tested in both laboratory settings as well as in ‘real’ life for quality assurance.
HJC is only one of very few helmet companies that are equipped with its own state of the art wind tunnel testing laboratory to test for aerodynamics, ventilation, noise, etc. HJC also has three helmet factories in three strategic locations; Korea, China and Vietnam. These factories produce high-end, mid, and entry-level products to satisfy the high demands of consumers worldwide.
The advancement in RPHA Pro Lorenzo Replica 3 is all due to HJC’s production system and their market strategy. The US is a big part of the company’s success. In the US, the company has been able to sell more than twice the helmets that they have manufactured. With over 20-percent market share HJC has made sure it stays current with US trends and offers helmets that people want to buy. Notably, HJC has a contract with Harley-Davidson to produce the Motor Company’s branded helmets. It makes everything from the high-zoot FXRG lids to the DOT-only open face helmets found in Harley’s catalog and last year, HJC unveiled the RPS-10, a fully-featured lid with an ultra-lightweight shell and advanced aerodynamics. But it’s only for the professional rider and motorsports racers.Click to check today’s price for the IS MAX II helmet
